About the Comic

Lucifer is a comic book written by Mike Carey under DC's Vertigo imprint. It's a spin-off of the popular and critically acclaimed comic book The Sandman, and picks up where that series left off. The book follows the exploits of the Morningstar, fallen angel and retired ruler of Hell, as he attempts to shake off the yoke of his father Yahweh and prove, once and for all, that he is in control of his own destiny. The story of Lucifer spans countless ages and mythologies, features a supporting cast of rich, dark and compelling characters, and boasts of a protagonist who is undeniably one of the most brilliant, manipulative, ruthless and dangerous characters in fiction.

"He is Lucifer. He does not lose." ~ Lord Arux of Effrul, Lucifer #29

About the Fanlisting

What's a fanlisting?
A fanlisting is just what the name suggests: a list of fans of a particular subject. It can be about virtually anything: a celebrity, a movie, a TV show... In this case, Sympathy for the Devil is a fanlisting for the comic book Lucifer. If you're a fan of the title, you can join the fanlisting to show it.

Do I need a website to join?
Not at all! All that's required of you is your name or nickname, a valid email address, and the country you belong to. This is because part of the fun of a fanlisting is showing how many people from different countries like the subject in question.

Why do you need my email address?
This is primarily so that I, the webmistress, can contact you regarding changes made to the site. It would be convenient for me to get in touch with you if, for example, the site has moved to a different address, or if you've been approved for membership, or if I've added the changes you've made to your information.

BellaBuffs, the fanlisting script I use, protects members from spam. Nevertheless, you still have the option of hiding your email address so that it isn't visible to anyone visiting the site. In that case, your address will only be known to me. That information will remain private and will not be divulged to anyone else.
